License Department

To fulfill the basic requirements for a license you must complete the application(s) in their entirety and submit along with all required documents and fees before an application can be presented for approval. Documents can be submitted in person, via US Mail or email to cradzik@villageofmccook.org.

Completed applications are submitted for consideration / approval at the Village Board Meetings held the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month.

Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, money orders and credit cards. Payments can be made at the Village Hall, 5000 Glencoe Ave.
